E36 Manual Transmission

My 1992 325is is experiencing a grinding when downshifting into 1st gear.  
After several visits to several qualified shops for estimates, the conclusion 
is a bad 1st gear synchronizer.  Transmission replacement or overhaul time.

I have someone to supply the labor fairly cheaply ($300) to replace the 
transmission.  I am looking for a lower milage used or rebuilt transmission.  
Anyone have one for sale?
