<E28> Bad gas mileage.

I've been getting poor mileage since about November when I had my tranny and
drivetrain completely rebuilt. I thought that maybe the O2 sensor had been
damaged during the job. I replaced it with the Mustang part but still no
better. Car seems to run fine, except for a bit of roughness first thing
when started. What other possibilities? Cold start valve? Pressure
regulator? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
