Stiff '95 M3 1st gear

First gear has become difficult to engage wether hot or cold. Running
Redline with the stock shifter.About a year ago while still under
warranty the dealer replaced the cluth (nothing wrong with the old one).
This helped briefly. I am going to get rear ended searching for first at
a light. Your collective wisdom is a appreciated.   ///Mark
