323i Coupe deal?

I can buy a 323i Coupe (about $29,500 w/non metallic paint, sport package, 
leatherette, 5 speed, sunroof, harmon Kardon sound) through military sales 
program for about $3k less than the price I come up with on the internet.  Is 
this a great deal and should I act fast, or is European delivery  or good old 
fashioned haggling at the dealer going to give me about the same?
