My local shop (non-BMW) just called to say that they are not being well-
served by the local BMW parts people, in that they were just informed
(after purchasing struts and bushings from them) that they need a pair of the
above to complete the replacement of the rear struts and bushings (208K mi -
- - they don't make 'em like they used to...) of my beater. And that there are
none to be found.
Anyone got any leads on where (we are in Scituate, MA, on the coast, about
30 mi south of Boston) to find same?
