inhibiting a 525i

Hi All

I have just recently purchased a 1995 525i because our 325i was stolen :(

I am planning on fitting a secret switch that will prevent starting until 
pressed. Any suggestions or help will be most welcome. An electrical 
diagram of the vehicle electrics would be most welcome.

Any suggestions or knowledge about how the EWS-II is bypassed and 
how cars are actually stolen would also be most welcome.
