A few Problems

BMW Owner Please Help,

I own an 88 735i, with a few problems and I would appreciate any
helpfull hints.

1.    The heater Blower still blows at top speed when the power is in
the off position.
2.    There is a switch next to the shifter lever that switches from
Economy to
       Sport and Manual mode ( E-S-M) this will not switch out of E
Mode.
3.    My seat heater does not work, I already checked the fuse and it's
good.
4.    My rear defrost does not work, the fuse is also good.
