FS or Trade 1994 325is

Hello,

I have a Black on Black 1994 325is 5 sp. w/ Sport Package that I am
looking to sell or trade for a comperably priced 530 or 540 with an
automatic or other German sedans, too. (I love my car but my
girlfriend can not drive the stick).

Here are the details on my car:

Car has always been garaged and always owned and loved by CCA member.

Black / Black with sport package, Recaro Sport seats, ALL BMW Dealer
serviced and ALL service records since brand new.  Everything has been
serviced and replaced at BMW recommended intervals. 

125K Highway miles were all done driving out highway 80 in NJ. No city
driving !!! Car is immaculate.  All is stock.  I will include new M-3
17" contour wheels with brand new tires and a Jim C. chip if desired.
All options (heated seats, etc.) except trip computer.  No track or
non-adult driving.

I have a list summarizing the service receipts that I can forward via
fax or e-mail upon rquest.

Asking $17,000 obo or Trade?
