I don't know where the 1997-1999 antenna is either. However, you'll see
that the 2000 models have "antlers" on the back of the roof. I have seen
it on the 750iL and assume it will be on all 2000 GPS equipped cars. The
antlers are two black nubs in a row built onto a short black base. You'll
also be able to distinguish Y2K M-B's by their GPS antenna which is only
"one hump". I'm not sure if these antennae also for the receiver and/ or
phone.
