Opinions on AC Schnitzer Type II Wheels?

Hi All:

I am considering a purchase of AC Schnitzer Type II Wheels for my 98 E36 M3 
Sedan. The main reason for choosing this wheel is looks. I would like to 
hear people's opinions (if any) on these wheels (or AC Schnitzer in general).
