Hi.

I recently tried on a set of clear corner rear lamps on my car.  However,
the rear brake lights did not work.  I looked at the wiring harness, and
noticed it was different.  My set (1994 318i) has 6 pins on each light
cluster.  However, the new set (I don't know what year car its from) has 7
pins on the right side, and 8 pins on the left side.  Is there anything
that I can do to make them compatible?  Everything seems to work except the
brake lights.

I am suspecting this set is for the car with the onboardcomputer/check 
control.. and that the extra wires are for sensing burned out light bulbs.

Does anybody know of a modification?
