2000 M Coupe

Hi all,

I currenly have an '86 325es that I'd like to trade in for a 2000 M
Coupe.  I would like some input from people as to whether this is a good
idea and worth the money.  Also, I've heard that the Euro Spec version
is over 300 HP and I'm wondering what the difference is between the two
cars and what can be done to the U.S. version to meet the Euro Specs and
perhaps it's competitors like the NSX, Corvette, 911, and Viper?  Any
information that will be useful will be greatly appreciated before I
decide to drop 42K on this car.  Thanks a lot.
