My pal had his e32 repaired by a specialist in Birmingham area. 90-100
for reconditioning of  uj's. I struggles a few years before trying to
sort e28 and ended up with one from a scrap yard. 

If you are interested let me know and I will look up phone no etc. (it
is on a CD  of scanned invoices.)
