Cooling system tips while changing H2O pump

When you replace the '95 M3 water pump, since it is all torn down also replace 
the following:

1.  connection flange 11-53-1-722-531   $40     these have been cracking
2.  profile gasket    11-53-1-740-437   $ 1.98
3.  thermostat        11-53-1-721-002   $35.78  call me superstitious
4.  o-ring            11-53-1-265-084   $ 1.83
5.  hose              11-53-1-708-499   $25.13
6.  hose              11-53-1-726-344   $44.38
7.  belt              11-28-1-469-266   $41.56
8.  belt              11-23-1-469-262   $20.44

The p/n for a rebuilt water pump is 11-51-1-433-828, I paid $87.95 less 20%.
If you're ordering by mail, get some antifreeze, p/n 82-14-1-467-704.
