administrivia: please limit bmw cca political discussion

i think that it would be a damn shame if this list turned into a place that
was only used to flame about BMW CCA politics, so why don't we not do that.

perhaps i should set up a bmwcca-politics list in parallel for those of you
who want to have such discussions to move them to.
