Paint job on a new car...

The fellow who brought suit against BMW for millions of dollars did so not
because the car was painted, but because he was not "told" that it was
painted.  The law required full disclosure when purchasing a vehicle.  Had
he been told, with whitnesses then it would have been no big deal
supposedly.  The law is pretty interesting on this one.  Kinda like the
people who sued the hotel because they got mugged outside it.  They won
because they were not "told" it was dangerous in downtown at night in a big
city.  Go figure.
