air noise at sunroof

I have a brand new '99 M3 (500 mi) and after using the
sunroof a few times a loud air noise is now very
noticable in the sunroof area with the sunroof closed.
 I am going to go to the dealer but before I do has
anyone heard of this being a problem with the E36? 
Can I check anything before I take the car in?  All
appears normal to my untrained eye.
