E28/H&R noises

Hello all ,
         I have just installed some H&R springs/Bilstein sports in my
'88 535I , I love the way the car rides and handles , but I have an
annoying spring resonance / occasional slight knocking noise coming
from the rears . The noise only appears on pavement ridges that don't
really compress the suspension , just shock it a bit , has anyone else
had this problem and if so how did you fix it ?
