Yes, this is a very common problem with the underdrive pulley.  We had them 
pop off on our dyno, the track, and on spirited street driving!  95s also.
I believe it must be related to the loss of rubber isolation element in the 
crank pulley, since the A/C pulley is reused.  Crank vibrations must be 
enough to make the AC serpentine belt jump.  We recommend to all customers 
that use it to remove the AC belt before going to the track.
