85 535i upgrade questions

Does the aforementioned 85 535i have headlight upgrades without getting those 
god awful blue things?  Is there a book or information source that lists a 
majority of performance and cosmetic upgrades in one location?

What were the production years, after 1988, for the 535i?

Is there anyway to reduce the wind noise, at highway speeds, in the upper 
rear corners of the front doors?  (other than ear plugs)   :-)
