RE:328i for less than $20k w/warrenty

A 328i in good condition still under factory warranty will be very hard to
find for under $20k. A 323i does not have the same engine as a '95 325i.
The 323i is a non-vanos engine. Also, the standard equipment level on the
323i is much lower than that of a '95 325i (it's more similar to a 318i).
This is one reason (supposedly) that BMW broke tradition and named the 323i
as such and not a 325i (as the displacement would indicate).
