I have a 94 318is with a m42 engine and yesterday I attempted to drain and
flush my coolant.  In the process I attempted to loosen the drain plug to
drain the engine block.  as soon as I tried to turn it it snapped off.  It's
not the first time I have done this procedure I was surprised how easily it
broke off.  I replaced the coolant anyways and there were no leaks.  I
really hate to leave it like that is there anything that can be done about
this.  Also I am looking for any information on cleaning the fuel injectors.
