<All> Recaro Style Sport Seat Racing Mods

Hi

I have the Recaro Style sports seats in my 1987 325IS. Has anyone been
successful in modifying these seats to enable them to mount to a rollcage
via a seat support bracket?? I don't know what is in the backs of these
seats in terms of structural support to attach a standard racing seat mount
to.
