<M20B27> idle

Idle, idle, idle...  There are myriad things that can cause erratic
idles.  Some checks:

- - valve clearance is correct
- - there are no vacuum leaks
- - spark plugs look good
- - ICU/ICV system

Beware that even if the ICU/ICV checks out okay the ICV may still be
bad.  If you can find a spare ICV, try swapping it.  Note too that this
isn't an exhaustive list -- just some things to check out!
