<E36> Short Shifter

     Hi, all the bimmer enthusiasts out there.  recently, I have been 
reading a lot about the short shifters.  I heard that the shifter 
from the M roadster can directly swap with mine (95 325is)  is it 
that easy?  I have read some in UUC short shifter page, they have 
these sticks bended.  Why?  I can still use it even though it is not 
bended right?

Any input would be appreciated...
