Do you own an E46?

I am currently considering an E46 323i or 328i sedan with Sport 
Package. 

1.What's the going price for this models in the Bay Area? 

2.If you have any rant or raves for these particular vehicles, please 
include them to your response. 

3.Is the leatherette upholstery satisfactory in terms of longevity or 
upgrade to leather upholstery?  

4.Is the factory alarm features basic security?
