tires & brake pads

My 98 M3 is ready for tires after 22,000 miles. 
I am considering Bridgestone S02"s to replace the Michelin MXX3's in the
rear only. The front tires still look very good. I am looking for any
comments about this or my choice of the S02's.

Also does anyone have any suggestions for brake pads that do not make as
much dust as the stock pads and will provide better braking?
