tail lights burning out

Hi all,

I'm having a bit of a problem with my taillights burning out fairly
consistently.  About 1 every
couple weeks.  I figure that this must be a short or a ground problem.
Is that a common problem
that someone can point out to me so I don't have to start hunting?
