I've read that for a 325i sport, the difference was:
- - Spring rates +15% front and rear
- - Shock rates +25% front and rear
- - Drop -15mm front, -10mm rear (an M3 is 30mm lower)
- - Front anti-roll bar 24 to 25.5mm
- - Rear anti-roll bar 15 to 18mm
The 328i sport is probably similar.

If you really want the factory sport pkg, the suspension parts alone list
for $1300+. Aftermarket would be cheaper and more effective.
