re-Dead Battery

Tony K wrote:
This past Saturday the 3 year old battery on my M3 died. In the morning the
car started fine. When I went out again, it hesitated to start. Then about 2
hours later it would not start at all. Now the battery won't even hold a
charge and when the car is running all the lights are still very dim.
Nothing
was left on to drain the battery. Any ideas before the car gets to the
dealer

Tony,
I seen the exact symptoms before. You need to replace your battery. You have
a dead cell and they do go dead that quick. Just curious, do you have an
alarm and does it have the automatic window/sunroof closure option when
activated? I have heard these alarms will increase the failure rate of a
battery.
