<E30> Brake Pads

A while back I was asking for opinions on brake pads that would be good
for both street and light track use.  I received many suggestions, but
still didn't feel like I was getting the right recommendations. 
Yesterday the new Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies catalog arrived.  (I'm
not sure why I even receive this?...)

Among other pads, Pegasus carries Hawk Ferro-Carbon HPS pads.  It says,
right there on Page 99:  "This high performance street material has all
the characteristics needed to replace OEM pads to achieve improved
braking.  The material is rotor friendly, has high friction properties,
low dust generation and runs quietly."  Wow, these sound exactly like
what I was looking for!

On the fitments listed (Pg. 102-103), there are several for "BMWs", but
they don't identify the specific model applications.  The BMW pads
listed range in price from $42.50 to $60 per pair (I assume it is per
pair, not each).

So my questions:

1.  Does anyone have experience with the Hawk HPS pads?  Please share.
2.  Does anyone happen to know which fitment is for the 1990 E30 325i? 
I'm sure I could just call them for this, but I like to know in advance
what I might be getting into.
