Some people have said they've used the 325i cat with stock 325e exhaust
manifolds but i know for a fact that 325e manifolds are different.  Not only
are they smaller diameter but they are angled different as well.  You are
better off getting the 325i exhaust manifolds.  You'll need 325i exhaust
manifolds; 325i cat, 325i rear muffler, and maybe even brackets as well.  Make
sure u buy the right 325i cat for your auto or 5spd E30 so that you can mount
the cat to the tranny.  The stock 3 wire O2 sensor will have to be rerouted to
the engine compartment but this is no big deal.
