Rob,

Not to nit-pick (or maybe I am :^)) but these rims will only fit perfectly
on an E39 5 series.  The buyer will have to get some type of spacer for the
hub to bring it down to the 72.4 mm hub diameter.  I have heard of people
doing this so it shouldn't be a problem finding the spacers.
