6 Series -- What to look for?

Hi, Since we are talking about BMWs again, I have a few questions:

I have the chance to buy a 1979 633 CSi.  The guy said it has a new
motor, clutch, Koni struts, and a 2 year old paint job.  He also says
he has all the reciepts.  He wants $4900 or best offer.  Is that
reasonable?  What things should I look for when/if I go take a look at
it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
