Fwiw, the drivers school chair of our chapter who owns an M3
said he's never warped rotors on his car and that the best 
way to avoid warpage is to not touch the brakes thru the 
cool-down lap and into the paddock area--he "coasts" off
the track and uses wooden blocks to stop the car from rolling
as he pulls into his parking space and kills the motor. 
By not touching the brakes the pads will not be seated 
near the rotors, which is a primary cause of warping.
