Holy crap! What a CC: list!
Scott,
I've used Performance Friction's HP pads. They are (were) considered to be
dual use pads. They work very well on my M6, stopping its 3500+ pounds from
125+ into turn one at Summit Point, over and over. They are also great on
the street with good cold stopping and little dust. And, they were cheap;
about $50 - $60 an axle. However, they didn't make a set for the rears on
my car so I used Metal Masters back there.
The caveat is that they don't make the HP anymore. Supposedly the Z Rated
compound is the replacement for the HP's. I don't have any experience with
the Z Rated pads.
HTH,
Jim Moran
