When we raced our tii in ITA we found a source that would take a set of
narrow rims (they were steel) and make them wider.  We made 13X5's into
13X6's as I recall.  They seemed to work fine and were strong which was
a requirement.  I think it cost about $60/wheel at the time (1992 or
so).
