regarding the quarter-million dollar M6, i sed:

i think a lift would look perfect, maybe one of the snap-on low-rise
floor lifts? of course, after buying the lift, it would be sent back
to snap-on for a complete rebuilding. all of the hoses will be
replaced with braided line. the hydraulic unit would need to be
upgraded to military specs, no... nasa specs, yeah! everything will be
completely rebuilt with perfect machined titanium parts. all of the
parts will be left unpainted and polished to a gleaming chrome-like
finish. the electrical contacts will be machined of solid gold.
naturally, the parts that contact the automobile will be overed in
only the finest hides. every switch and handle will be covered in
leather as well. shouldn't cost more than $60,000 or so.

then he could put it on the floor underneath the M6. the perfect lift
for the perfect car.

of course, he certainly wouldn't USE it.
