New Suspension?

Hello all,

On my 86 325 there is a very "loose" feeling; indeed, every time I hit even
the smallest bump / hole in the road, the whole car feels it. (yeah, I
know. the suspension is 13 years old). I've replaced the rear shock mounts
only, but want to replace whatever I need to to make this car feel like new.

Possible?

What components should I replace?
