OEM CD Changer?

 hello everyone,

 just a quick question about installing a CD changer other than the=20
 dealer offered solution.

 i was under the impression that no current solution was available
 for the 36/46 model?

 however this past week a friend sent me this link, that confused me..
 and i was hoping someone could sort it out.
