<e36> Oxygen Sensor

I was out driving earlier and my "check engine" light came on. I figured
it was the O2 sensor, but opted to take it in and have the fault codes
downloaded just to be sure. The O2 sensor is kaput. Now for my
questions... Where can I find the required O2 sensor at a reasonable
price? The dealer wants about $113 after my 15% discount. BMP wants
about $145. Is there a less expensive source? If not, what dealership
has the highest BMW CCA percentage discount? Also, can anyone point me
to a good site that would have instructions regarding the sensor's
replacement, I would like to have a supplement to my Haynes manual (is
the Bentley out yet?).

Take care,

P.S. Any thoughts on the Bell M3 helmet are appreciated. I am
considering it for drivers schools and auto crossing...
