black fabric similar to BMW convertible top fabric.
Cover is in "as new" condition, includes heavy vinyl storage pouch. Cost

p.s.- the installation kit requires attaching 4 small snaps to each side 
of the car body with screws, the installation is very easy and very 
clean. The cover has a large zipper down the center and can be partially 
unzipped so that the driver's seat is uncovered in order to drive the 
car with the cover in place.
