Vote? I need a damn ballot!

I'd love to vote in the CCA election, as is often urged in these parts, 
but it's not real easy without the ballot. Half way through the month 
and still no January issue... I think Alaska gets theirs faster than 
this. Is anyone  else in the Los Angeles area still waiting to receive 
their issue, or am I just a victim of the " which stoned postman do we 
get today" syndrome ?
