Re: 2002AD Undeservedly Maligned

Leif did a good job. It was some other a!#hole that stated that there was
not a thing he could do if I did not get those parts. He made it seem like
it was my responsibility to call UPS and find package. He told me to call.
I asked hime to call and he said that would not make a difference. That is
bad customer service. I did not ask for UPS. That is the service they use.
If I had a choice I would use USPS Priority Mail. 3 days. Not 10.

If you're going to treat me bad as a customer then you'll get a bad response
back.

I wanted to know where there are other places to get parts. It is not my
fault that on bad seed in the fruit of 2002ad causes customer problems.

I can't believe that you actually sent this e-mail. This is lame.
