I have the 135/100 on my BMW bike and have had it since last summer. The
down side of the super white is that they allegedly have a shorter life
because the burn hotter to get the brighter light. I paid about $45 for
one.
The advantage is that the draw the amperage of the lower rating and give
the high wattage. For instance the 135/100 operates at a 100/80
equivalence.
The HB4 is the H4 with a blue tinge.
I bought an HB4 at a hot rod shop the other day for $19.95. It puts out
the blue tinge and is rated at 100/80. Again, it is advertised as a short
life bulb.
FWIW....
