Trailing arm bushings(E30)...

Any advice on replacing these things? I think I'll get the urethane
ones from Korman for $55. I am correct in thinking that the trailing
arm bushings are the ones towards the rear of the car on that "L" shaped
thing? They're shredded on both sides...must be from club racing and
plowing over curbs in the snow! Then to fix that pesky understeer!
