<E39> Tape deck w/nav system -- problems?

Hi, all.  On my '97 528, I have the nav system and DSP.  If I'm playing a
cassette tape, and I'm on Side B when I shut the car off, it re-starts on Side
A.  If I'm only away from the car a short time (like to get my mail), it
doesn't happen, but over a longer interval (overnight), it always happens.

Has anybody else seen this?  Is it corrected on the '98s or '99s?
