E32 '93 Transmission problem.

Hi.

I have a problem with my 7er '93 automatic transmission (5 speed).
>From time to time when the AT changes gear from 2nd -> 3rd or
4th -> 5th suddenly a blow off occurs. The blow off itself
reminds the same effect that occurs when changing gears
with manual transmission and suddenly releasing the clutch
pedal. In fact, the AT of my 7er acts quite similarly - it
seems just like it "forgets" to release the "clutch" smoothly
and does it suddenly instead. I had the AT checked and they told
me that the electronics was all fine and therefore the problem
should be mechanical (the opinion of my local BMW center). 
However one independent specialist told me that it might be a 
controller malfunction. I don't know what to do next :(
When I saw the message in #760 " All these AutoTranny probs... "
I thought that perhaps someone has had a similar problem and
has been able to fix it? HELP, I don't want to buy a whole new 
gearbox and every time it happens it just scares the * out of me.
Besides maybe one day the whole tranny will crash or blablabla 
something.
