Apparently in answering the question about double-clutching I erroneously
assumed that Andy didn't know how to heel & toe and he got extremely upset
with me, sending numerous emails, assaulting my intelligence.   So rather
than start some kind of never-ending flame war, I will hereby publicly
apologize to Andy and retract my earlier statement.

I should have kept my fingers to myself.
