E30 Front End Vibration

Soon after putting on a new pair of Pirelli snows on my 325iX I noticed
some vibration in the steering wheel at around 50-55 mph. Took it back and
had front tires rebalanced (right one was definitely off). Now the
vibration is less pronounced, but still there, and over a slightly wider
speed range (50-60). Not related to PRM's, just road speed.

If it isn't a repeat of the front tire balance problem, what else might it
be and in what order should I start messing with things:  alignment,
control arms, rear tire balance, etc?

Any suggestions much appreciated!
